- Cuisson 1/2 : Ajouter 2 cuillères à soupe d'Huile dans une Poêle sur feu moyen - Ajouter les rondelles de saucisses et faire cuire en mélangeant pendant 5 min sur feu moyen en mélangeant - Ajouter les tranches d'Oignon et les faire ramollir pendant 5 min - Ajouter le Poivron, l'Ail et le Gigembre hachés - Saler et Poivrer - Ajouter le 1 cuillère à café de Thym en Poudre et de Curcuma et 1/2 cuillère à café de Laurier en poudre



- Cuisson 2/2 : Ajouter les dés de Tomates - Presser le Citron Vert et mélanger - Laisser mijoter sur feu doux et à couvert pendant 20 minutes - Continer la cuisson sur feu doux à moyen et à decouvert pendant 20 minutes



- Cuisson du Riz (pendant la cuisson du Rougail) : Faire bouillir 400ml d'EAU dans une petite Cocotte - Verser progressivement une cuillère à soupe de BOUILLON DE VOLAILLE - Quand le Bouillon est chaud mettre 10 graines de CARDAMOME et 10 feuilles de LAURIER - Mettre 600ml de Riz - Quand réebulition cuire à couvert à feu doux pendant 25 min en retournant toutes les 5 min - Couper le feu quand il n'y à plus d'EAU et réserver à couvert


- Dressage : Retirer la Cardamome et le Laurier du Riz - Mettre le Riz au fond de l'assiette et mettre la Rougail par dessus
